1. Order Cancellation

Users may request cancellation only if the service has not yet been activated and album creation has not started. Once album processing, setup or digital delivery has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are available only when payment has been completed but service activation has not started.
• No refund will be issued after album creation, QR code generation or digital delivery has begun.
• Refund requests due to change of mind or incorrect plan selection are not eligible.
• Approved refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

3. Digital Service Policy

Album Flip Wala provides digital services including digital wedding albums, QR code sharing, online album hosting and flipbook technology. Since these services are delivered electronically, all completed activations and deliveries are considered final.

4. Technical Issues

In the rare event of a system error, failed activation or technical issue caused by our platform, our team will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution. If required, a refund may be issued after verification.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase through the payment gateway.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers are requested to contact our support team before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension, service restrictions or investigation of the transaction.
